Highly sort after full bodied soft cheese from the border between Switzerland and France. This seasonal cheese is only available between October and April. 

When eaten raw, leave to reach room temperature, the riper the cheese, the runnier it will be. Alternatively, bake in the oven with rosemary and garlic and serve with warm potatoes or bread for dipping.
