We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and organised Transport Administrator to join our Transport Team at Albion! The role will be to provide strong admin support to the Transport Planning Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the admin/planning function of the team.
You’ll be working 24 hours a week, on Monday, Thursday and Friday between 8am-5pm –Some of your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the Transport Planning Manager with general administrative tasks and other reasonable requests.
· Helping plan rotas for around 110 drivers, ensuring compliance with driving regulations where applicable.
· Providing accurate information to the Transport Planning Manager for payroll purposes, including an accurate record of overtime worked, sickness, parking fines etc.
· Dealing with parking fines and liaising with drivers with regards to parking restrictions, to reduce the number of fines.
· Maintaining customer key and access card records.
Role requirements
· Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
· Excellent organisation skills, and ability to prioritise workload
· Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels
· Computer literate, including Microsoft Packages. Especially Excel.
· Great team player, able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
· Confident and approachable – able to liaise with different departments and managers
· Great problem solving and analytical skills.
