We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with good communication skills to join the Sales team as a Telesales Team Leader and Sales Support Admin. This will initially be a hybrid role, providing support to the sales team whilst one of our colleagues is on maternity leave - transitioning into a permanent Telesales Team Leader. It is an exciting opportunity for both personal and professional development!
You'll be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between 8am-5pm.
This is a key role within the sales department, and contributes to the smooth running of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Monitor telesales performance and report on team metrics
• Help train new members of staff within the Telesales team
• Manage workflow within Telesales and delegate jobs
• Motivate team members
• Setting up new customer accounts
• Sending customer price lists
• Sales reports / merged sales reports
• Updating customer keys and delivery information
• Posting discounts to customer accounts
• Other admin duties where necessary

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 depending on experience
