PROPANNACOTTA
SOSA ProPannacotta derived from red algae and carrageen is used as a Vegetarian alternative to gelatine. It creates a perfect soft gel for Pannacotta, flan, pudding and drinkable jellies. Once set it is heat stable until about 50°C. ProPannacotta allows you to set a Panna Cotta style mousse into any shape. On its own it cannot be frozen as it will leak water on defrosting.

Directions For Use
Apply at room temperature, bring to 80°C, better to boil. Pour the powder (previously mixed with other dry ingredients) over water while applying vigorous stirring until completely dispersed. Heat to 80°C for its complete dissolution. Never pour liquid on powder.
Storage Instructions
Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
