Directions For Use
Mix GLUCONOLACTAT with the liquid that will give the desired taste. Dissolve the ALGINAT in water in a separate container. Add drops or larger quantities to the GLUCONOLACTAT in the ALGINAT mixture. Remove carefully from the mixture and leave in water for a few minutes. Serve upon the chosen dish.
Store between 5 to 25ºC. Keep in a cool, dry place, out of light.
