Snowy white meat with streaks of red and a sweet, mild flavour that's often compared to lobster. This one of a kind product is sourced from the pristine waters near Finnmark, Norway, in close proximity to the North Cape.

Vaag crab is sustainably harvested – each meticulously chosen, cleaned, and prepared by hand. The crab is flash frozen to lock in the incredible fresh taste and texture.
