Properties: Gelatine of animal origin, instantaneous in cold

Directions for use: It dissolves in cold with strong agitation.

Remarks: Thermo reversible between 35ºC and 40º C. Freezing Temperature of gelation <15ºC Cold solubility with strong stirring or hot mixing, soft and flexible gel.
