Hours: 16 hours per week - working 8AM-5PM, weekends

The role and what we’re looking for
The sales team are the first point of contact for our customers via telephone and email. You will be answering calls from our customers enquiring about new products, chasing their deliveries for that day, or reporting any issues.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Confident answering calls from customers, and dealing with customer queries
- Taking orders over the phone and via email, inputting them to the ordering system
- Multi-tasking and prioritising workloads efficiently
- Developing knowledge on product details and specifications
- Liaising with our drivers and warehouse team for delivery information
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in customer service is desired, but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
- Great communication skills with both colleagues and customers
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Packages
- Team player, and able to work independently
- Full one-one training and ongoing support provided
