Wheatgrass powder is packed with a wide selection of natural vitamins, natural minerals, powerful nutrients, chlorophyll, amino acids, fatty acids and live enzymes.

It is recommended to take the powder, mixed into cold or lukewarm liquids, and or if you want more of a flavour, mix it into smoothies, juices, water or even yoghurts and milk products.

Full-fat products work better for mixing with powders. For mixing with more watery liquids, try making a thick paste with a small amount of water/liquid first, then add to your liquid.
