Warehouse Team Lead

 
Our Warehouse Team Leads are key roles here at Albion Fine Foods, working alongside our warehouse supervisors to ensure the efficient running of our Tonbridge warehouse. Leading a team of warehouse operatives, who are busy throughout the day, replenishing our warehouses ready for the night team. 
 
You'll be working 40 hours a week, between 8am-5pm, and as we operate 24/7 there will be weekend work involved.
 
This role is essential to the smooth running of the business and ensures our teams can deliver the best possible service! Some of your responsibilities will include:
 
• Lead the team to deliver required expectations
• Work collaboratively with the entire warehouse team to maintain current stock levels
• Rotate stock efficiently to minimise waste
• Accurately transfer stock using EWS
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and all deliveries are booked in daily, and any adjustments completed
 
Role requirements
 
• Have excellent communication skills across all levels
• Motivate the team to deliver expectations
• Able to work independently, and use initiative
• Works well under pressure and strict deadlines
• Flexible approach to work, in order to meet business needs
