Made from fresh organic grape must that is slow‑fermented and naturally acetified in barrels. Refined through a careful maturation process using vintages up to five years old, it delivers a balanced sweet‑sour profile with notes of dried plum, liquorice and black cherry. 

Created more than 20 years ago to offer a pure balsamic crafted with traditional methods and organic grapes. Never industrially blended.
