Directions For Use
HOB: Place 1kg of vegemince into a saucepan and add 330ml of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer gently for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently, the water will be absorbed approximately halfway through cooking. Next, add approximately 5kg of your favourite sauce to the saucepan and bring to the boil , cover and simmer for 10 minutes on a medium heat, stirring occasionally, Ensure finished dish reaches a minimum temperature of 75°C before serving.
