Directions For Use

Wash before use. Tokyo turnips can be eaten raw, whole or sliced, featured in crudités and salads among other vegetables and salad greens. They can be braised, fried, grilled, sautéed and slow roasted. The latter two applications are the most favourable in enhancing the sweetness of the turnip and creating a fork tender texture.

Storage Instructions

To store turnips, separate the leaves from their roots, and use the greens within 2 to 3 days. The roots will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
