Directions For Use

Oven: Remove Katsu piece from bag in box and place on a lined baking tray. In a pre-heated oven cook at 180c for 25 minutes. Deep Fry: Remove Katsu piece from bag in box and place in fryer basket. Cook at 170c for 7 minutes. All appliances vary, ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen below -18oC
