One of the floral range of syrups, open a bottle of luminous purple MONIN Lavender Syrup and unleash the heavenly, hypnotic scent, which will transport you to the lavender fields of Provence.

Widely used in perfumes, aromatherapy and in many household products, Lavender has been recognised for its aromatic, soothing, antiseptic and sleep-inducing properties since Greek and Roman times. 

In cooking, Lavender is particularly good in desserts and goes well with chocolate. It is often paired with sheep's-milk and goat's-milk cheeses, lending a sweet floral flavour.

Delicious in a fragrant martini, refreshing iced-tea or mixed with a honey accent. MONIN Lavender adds a surprising floral twist to many drinks.
