A creamy, mushroom tasting earthy cheese with a natural white edible rind. Good for cheese boards and baking. Made from cow’s milk, this cheese will continue maturing in a fridge for up to seven weeks, becoming softer and stronger. Sussex Camembert is slightly more intense in character than the closely related brie.
