Directions For Use

Important: This product is raw and must be cooked . Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and temperature >75°C achieved for at least 30 secs before serving. Do not re heat. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Warning : Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure bones are removed from this product there may be instances where small fragments remain.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen at -18°C. Do not re-freeze once thawed.
