Directions For Use

remove all packaging and thaw product overnight in a refrigerator. Oven Grill - Preheat grill to medium, brush squid with oil. Place squid on a baking tray , Grill for 13 -15 minutes until cooked . Pan fry in a little oil over a moderate heat , fry squid for 4-5 minutes turning frequently until cooked .

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen. Store at or below -18 degrees Celsius. Do not refreeze
