The role
The sales department is key in contributing to our success as we continue to grow and expand!
Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leaders you will be responsible for providing support to the account managers and responding to incoming work in the sales support inbox.
It is a fast-paced role, working independently and collaboratively as a team!
Key Details
Hours: 40 hours a week, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri
Location: Dartford, Crossways
Reporting to: Sales Support Team Leader
Salary: A competitive salary of £26,069 per annum
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities include:
· Responding to incoming work in the sales support inbox
· Supporting the sales team with new business enquires
· Opening new customer accounts
· Providing reports to account managers – via Excel
· Organising product samples
· Producing allergen and nutritional reports
· Providing specification sheets to customers
· Investigating repeat customer complaints, identifying and facilitating the best course of action for remedy
· Analysis of sales data
· Updating and maintaining our customer database
· Price changes
· Future Sales Planning
Key Requirements
Previous experience in customer service and sales is desired, but not essential. Full training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
· Computer literate – knowledge of Excel is essential
· Ability to manage workload under pressure
· Maintain focus and attention to detail
· Experience of working in customer service
· Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work independently
