Cold pressed rapeseed containing no additives, derived from Brassica Napus.

Oil of Aldborough grow, or purchase from other Red Tractor Farm Assured suppliers, thousands of tonnes of rapeseed. The seeds are then pressed on site, in our purpose built oil press, to extract the rich golden oil which has a distinct "nutty"flavour, with nothing added, nothing taken away. No chemical extraction of the oil takes place, The oil is then filtered, prior to bottling in plastic bottles. A natural source of Omega 3, Oil of Aldborough contains 40% less saturated fat than olive oil, and with its very high burn point, it is ideal for cooking, be that as a dressing, dipping, frying, roasting or marinading.
