Andros Chef frozen 100% yuzu puree taste is between lime, yellow grapefruit and mandarin with a well-marked acidity from fully ripped yuzu and less bitter than our competitors. Yuzu puree is very appreciated by all chefs and can be associated with a wide variety of sweet, salty and spicy ingredients.
