PONTHIER Lemon Purée is made by extracting the juice from Sicilian lemons and removing the fibres. These lemons are selected for their exceptional quality, grown in the fertile terroir of Sicily. The island’s volcanic soil, rich in chalk, minerals and fine yellow sand, provides ideal conditions for citrus groves. Small mountain streams offer a steady water supply, and the naturally sunny climate ensures the fruit matures with full flavour. This combination of soil, water and sunshine contributes to the outstanding quality of Ponthier’s Sicilian lemons.
