MILKOATRUDE
Rude Health believe that drinks can be dairy-free and full of flavour, eating should be joyful and that healthy definitely doesn’t mean bland or boring. That’s why they make foods and drinks that taste naturally good but are also good for you. A life lived in rude health.
Ever since they mixed their first porridge they've been obsessed with oats. They loved them so much, they turned them into a drink. And because they have their own natural fats, they blend into a rich, creamy alternative to milk.
Directions For Use
With cereals. Add to tea. Add to coffee. Froth. Smoothie-shake. Bake. Drench Rude Health gluten free Honey Puffed Oats. Enhance the oatful plenty of porridge. Use liberally for lighter pancakes, curries and cream soups. Pumpkin soup happens to be extremely oat-friendly, but it’s not alone. Hungry for more ideas?
