This Lamb Stock mix has been expertly created to give you the taste and flavour of a traditional stock. With its robust mutton taste and body, and a hint of rosemary, this lamb stock is perfect for Irish stews, casseroles and gravies. Works well on its own or as an addition to your stockpot.

Stocks are one of the cornerstones of a good kitchen, they are a key ingredient in your recipe, the heart and soul, delivering depth and balance of flavour in the final dish. So make sure your stock delivers on taste.

Directions For Use

To make stock, simply add the required amount of stock mix (12 - 20g) into 1 litre (1.75 pints) of boiling water and stir until dissolved.

Storage Instructions

Always reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place.
