Directions For Use

(For 3 cups (600ml) of "Kombu-dashi" Gently wipe Kombu(about 5x7cm) with a cloth. Put in a pot with 3.5cups (700ml) water and let it seep for 6-8 hours. Simmer over low heat, remove and discard Kombu just before boiling.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 1 month.
