The first ‘Tiptree’ conserves were made in 1885 on the Tiptree estate and are still made to this day. Fruit crops include strawberries, mulberries and damsons to name but a few. 

A very special tomato ketchup (or sauce as it's also known), a recipe that's been a Wilkin family favourite for over a hundred years, the finest Mediterranean plum tomatoes, prepared with expertise and care. Provided in a mini-jar for your own personal pleasure.
