Hand-ladled into the moulds. Soft cheese with washed rind (ripened with Marc de Bourgogne Burgundy Brandy). Thanks to the special care taken – the rind is washed with Burgundy Brandy at least 8 times – this cheese has a strong flavour.

This cheese should be stored in its wooden box.
