70% dark chocolate couverture produced in France using single origin cocoa from Bocas del Toro, Panama. Supplied as callets for consistent melting, with a rich cocoa profile balanced by tangy notes of vanilla, plum and liquorice.

High cocoa butter content provides a fluid texture and clean finish, suited to coating, moulding and ganache.
