Customer Service and Order Processing (Sun - Thurs)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, with good communication skills, and ability to multi-task to join our daytime sales office. It’s an exciting time to join a fast growing, successful business, with a friendly can-do culture. If you have excellent customer service skills, you will be a great addition to our sales team!

You’ll be working 40 hours a week, Sunday - Thursday, between 8am-5pm. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements, to be discussed at interview.

The sales team are the first point of contact for our customers via telephone and email. You will be answering calls from our customers enquiring about new products, chasing their deliveries for that day, or reporting any issues.

Role requirements

Previous experience in customer service is desired, but not essential. Full training and support  will be provided to the successful applicant.
