Known also as 'Fabadon' to denote just how large these beans are! These large white butter beans have a lovely texture and flavour. They are cooked and ready for use. They can be used in many casserole dishes but in Spain are used most famously in Fabada Asturiana, with smoked charcuterie. They are delicious also in salads, for example mixed with tomatoes and olives.
