Directions For Use

This Black Pudding stick should be sliced, and the plastic casing removed before cooking. The slices can be cooked by grilling or frying for 6-8 minutes turning occasionally. Defrost before cooking if home frozen.

Storage Instructions

"Chilled 0˚C to 5˚C, frozen <-18˚C. Once defrosted do not refreeze, when opened use within 6 days. Store at 0˚C to 5˚C.
