SOSA Freeze Dried Beetroot powder is made from fresh Beetroot that has been dehydrated. Use for dusting or decoration to savoury dishes or to add flavour/colour to ganaches, sorbets, macarons, meringue, icing, jellies, mousse, sauces, soups and even cocktails. Can also be used in baking. Dissolve in water to make a coulis.
