Directions For Use

Hot: 15 g / kg (foam effect), 30 g / kg (gluing effect) Cold: 20 g / kg (thickener), 20 g / kg (gelling) Hydrate in cold, let stand until the mixture reaches 4ºC and apply heat. Gels at 60 ° C. When it cools it loses hardness. Mix at room temperature with a liquid base. Cool to 3-4ºC for 3 hours minimum. When heating the mixture to 65 ° C. Once reached 65ºC can already be used. Properties: Hot gel. Way of use: Hydrate in cold let stand until the mixture reaches 4ºC, and apply heat. Application: Any liquid or semi-liquid mixture. Observations: Resists freezing. (stays a little softer in frozen temperatures) Elaborations: Air / Foams / Gnocchi / Spaghetti / Gluing effect Exclusively for food grade

Storage Instructions

Recommended keep in a dry place out of light, in original packaging until use and closed. Use preferably within 24 months from production date. The specified shelf life can only be guaranteed for this product if the above mentioned recommended storage conditions are respected.
