GOCHUJANG HOT RED PEPPER PASTE
Gochujang is a savoury red chilli paste from South Korea that also contains glutinous rice, fermented soybeans and seasoning. Use in marinades, sauces, stews and soups.
It’s harvest time and we have a wonderful range of apple products in stock.

CHEESE OF THE MONTH - RACLETTE
A semi-hard cheese made on both sides of the French and Swiss Alps. Ours is French, smooth and creamy and perfect for melting as it doesn’t split.

A full-fat semi-soft blue cheese with a creamy texture and sharp clean flavour. Vegetarian.

These Cumberland sausage- style filling encased in puff pastry are easily baked from frozen in 15-20 minutes, simply brush with your chosen milk alternative and pop in the oven until golden brown.

French cheese with an earthy and herbal aroma. Made from unpasteurised cows milk it is a semi-soft artisan cheese with a mild, fruity and nutty flavour
Bubble tea is a Taiwanese recipe made by blending a tea base with milk or fruit juices and then adding the signature “bubbles” - tapioca pearls that sit at the bottom. Our black tapioca pearls come in packs of 250g

A hard and salty Italian cheese which is aged and hardened especially for grating. It’s very similar to Parmesan but sharper and with more bite
